Yoga and spirituality should be accessible to all. It is my goal to create an inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable regardless of flexibility, knowledge of form or Sanskrit language, or confidence. It is my goal to help build that confidence and comfortability so that the benefits of yoga are available to all.
What are the benefits of yoga?
So many benefits! In the body - strength, control, flexibility, endurance, breath control, energy, circulation. In the mind - reduction of stress, perseverance, patience, determination, body/spacial awareness, concentration, change of perspective. In the spirit - grounding, openness, connection.
