For years, I suffered with anxiety without realizing it. It wasn't until I left a job that was a major cause of my anxiety and I felt this peace and tranquility that I realized how much anxiety and stress was controlling my life. I vowed to never let myself return to that place of extreme anxiety again. It is now my mission to help others release the pressure and find freedom from their overactive minds.
Let's work together to get to the root of your anxiety. By shining a light on it, we can start to loosen its grip and give you back the control. After completing a personalized assessment, we will set up a plan to focus on your individual needs. Some focal points include an exploration of identity, purpose, belief systems, repeating cycles, the role of the ego, shadow work, social perceptions and pressures, and intention/goals. It could also include yoga, meditation, nutrition, Ayurveda dosha balancing, and Emotion Code Energy Healing (which works to process and release trapped emotions [aka emotional baggage]).
Awareness is our greatest gift. We will work together to raise awareness around how thoughts, actions, beliefs, and choices impact wellbeing.
TOTAL WELLNESS COACHING
Coaching is all about bringing awareness to the obstacles holding you back and keeping you from being who you want to be or achieving what you want to achieve. By exploring purpose, intention, meaning making, and shadow work, we will begin to identify and better understand those obstacles. This could be a part of you that you do not want to acknowledge that needs to be embraced. Or a belief system that has protected you in the past, but is no longer serving you and needs to be replaced with a new, more true belief system.
My mission is to help creatives to exit anxiety and enter the flow state through connection to the body and feelings in order to raise awareness to obstacles that are holding us back and preventing the joy and fulfillment that originally sparked our creativity and vision. Small actions lead to lasting change.
EMOTION CODE ENERGY HEALING
Through applied kinesiology, or muscle testing, we will identify emotions that were never fully processed and became trapped within our energy body and are now wrecking havoc. We will then identify when the emotion became trapped and what it is connected to in order to move it from our unconscious into our conscious mind so that we can process and release it. We will also identify any associated karma and release with love, gratitude, and forgiveness.
We will explore your current habits surrounding nutrition and discuss your goals. This could include other forms for nourishment as well, including movement, sleep, exercise, meditation, and our emotional well being. Using holistic health and Ayurvedic knowledge we will explore what is right for YOU. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all.
There are many, many ways to meditate and be mindful. Meeting you where you are on your meditation journey is key to establishing a consistent practice. We will discuss what your current practices are, what works for you, what has been a struggle in the past, and were you want to be. We will slowly begin the journey of exploring different types of meditation (mantra, silent, focus, guided, etc.) and see what resonates with you. After all, the "right" way to meditate is whatever is right for you. Sessions can consist of coaching you through your meditation process or leading you in meditation or a combination. Meditation has changed my life, and so I am here to support you on your journey into your own meditation practice.
Individual or Group yoga classes are available either online or in-person. I view yoga as a moving meditation. Class is designed to maintain that mindfulness throughout by connecting the breath to movement and utilizing smooth, consistent flow. My style is often described as "dancey." The intention is far more important than the shapes, although there will be cues and adjustments to ensure we are protecting our bodies and accessing our full potentiality. Every day and every moment is different, so we will tune in and reconnect to our bodies and give our minds a break.
